I suspect that many of us did not realize that in Florida our Supreme Court justices have to
periodically run on the November ballot to get a "yes" or a "no" as to whether they should be kept on the court.
They are NOT appointed for life as are Federal judges.
The 3 judges on the ballot are extremely liberal.
They were appointed before a Republican held the governor’s office. Of course, the Naples Daily News supports their retention.
IT IS MOST IMPORTANT THIS NOVEMBER TO REMEMBER
VOTE "NO" ON ALL THREE OF THE SUPREME COURT JUDGES RUNNING!!!
Should they fail to get a passing vote, Republican Governor Scott will be able to replace them.
