31,000 + Scientists Agree That Global Warming is a ScamThis editorial aims to expose the truth about the Global Warming scare, show who profits from the lies being told to us, demonstrate how our government is abusing its powers and ignoring the real scientific data when considering this legislation, and explain why I will never vote for any politician that supports this legislation. Sixty-two percent (62%) of voters say the country is moving down the wrong track and I am one of them. After reading this opinion piece, I hope you feel the same and spread the word.
Humans Are Not Causing Global WarmingMore than 31,000 educated scientists conclude that
there is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate.
Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide actually produces many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.
What’s The Big Deal?The discussion of global warming and man’s alleged contribution to it is certainly not a new topic. The Kyoto Agreement, signed by then Vice President Al Gore in 1997 was a catalyst to some heated debate at that time, and discussions on our effect on the global environment have endured since.
The new global warming farce rears its ugly head in the “Cap and Trade” legislation of today officially known as the
American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (ACES).
ACES is legislation designed to ration our use of energy and it allows a few politicians and certain businesses to profit immensely from that rationing.
Representative Blackburn of Tennessee recently asked Mr. Gore about his potential win fall should this legislation be enacted:
You might wonder why Mr. Gore can state that any money he has personally made so far has been funneled to his not for profit company Alliance for Climate Protection (ACP). The Alliance for Climate Protection’s entire purpose is to spread the falsehoods that make the other companies profitable, so why wouldn’t he use what he has made so far to fund this misinformation machine? Mr. Gore stated that 100% of his salary from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers will be donated directly to the ACP, making a nice tax write-off no doubt, however mention of profits and revenue from his other vested companies was ignored.
Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers is a venture capitalist firm with divisions in the USA and China who are currently investing in “green companies” that will directly benefit from the ACES legislation. The goal of a venture capitalist is to provide funding to a company or startup enterprise in order to sell them for a profit or otherwise collect revenue also known as a return on investment.

Fortune Magazine wrote about the pure genius of Mr. Gore’s plan on November 26, 2007 and describes their goal of “making over the $6 trillion global energy business.”
“Gore can certainly help in this arena by, for example, introducing Kleiner people to top atmospheric scientists or government decision-makers. Policy and politics, his specialties, will have a huge impact on the business of clean technology.”
Although the
Fortune Magazine article is meant to tout the business savvy and dedication of Mr. Gore, it more clearly represents the goals of turning a billion or so dollars into 6 trillion or more with the help of the government so if you missed it the first time around, be sure and give it a read.
Interestingly enough, one of his other companies,
Generation Investment Management LLP, based in London and New York has an even higher profit potential from this legislation.
A Unique Research Platform to Analyze Global Challenges

Generation’s investment analysts were coming across all sorts of interesting companies and trends, but since they currently invest in only public companies, they couldn’t use those insights and needed KPCB to pursue the private companies.
According to their website, “KPCB will continue to invest in startup venture capital; Generation will continue to invest in global public equities. The two teams will collaborate on opportunities spanning sectors such as renewable energy technologies, building efficiency, cleaner fossil energy, sustainable agriculture and carbon markets.”
The Government’s InvolvementMr. Gore realized long ago what the Financial Times echoed in their November 2007 Article titled "
Gore Turns to Silicon Valley in green fight."
“The deal, which gives KPCB access to Mr. Gore’s political clout and contacts, illustrates the central role of politics in clean-technology investment. The market for low-carbon energy depends on government support in the form of subsidies, tax breaks or regulation.”
Democratic Representative Dingell admitted that “Nobody in this country realizes that cap and trade is a tax,” in a congressional hearing, “and a great big one” when he addressed Mr. Gore.
The purpose of ACES is stated as follows:
To create clean energy jobs, achieve energy independence, reduce global warming pollution, and transition to a clean energy economy.
Looking at Mr. Gore’s companies and what they do, and how the legislation is written, how convenient a truth it is that he is aligned to profit from all angles of Cap & Trade.

The only thing missing from their plan is addressing that whole global warming issue.
What about the Inconvenient Lies?Over and over Mr. Gore and the folks at the Alliance for Climate Protection tell us that global warming is no longer a question, but a fact. Most media outlets are happy to oblige this notion and refuse to publish or draw attention to the actual scientific data disproving this allegation. Some have gone so far as to treat it as fact when speaking of it, such as “Now that we know global warming is here, we must act!”
What they don’t tell you is that while Mr. Gore’s camp may have a select group of 600 or so select scientists (many with vested interests), and 2000 or more politicians who are firmly convinced this is happening, there is
overwhelming opposition to their claims with factual data on their side.
Fortunately for us, we do not have to spend the enormous amounts of man hours required to research the subject as over 31,000 American Scientists with degrees at a Bachelor in Science level or higher (in the appropriate fields even) have already done so completely refuting their falsehoods with this
peer reviewed article.
Environmental Effects of Increased Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide
A review of the research literature concerning the environmental consequences of increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide leads to the conclusion that increases during the 20th Century have produced no deleterious effects upon global weather, climate, or temperature. Increased carbon dioxide has, however, markedly increased plant growth rates. Predictions of harmful climatic effects due to future increases in minor greenhouse gases like CO2 are in error and do not conform to current experimental knowledge.
The proposed limits in the Cap and Trade legislation on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind, yet it is being pushed so rapidly through congress that the American People will not have a chance to learn what this legislation does, nor understand who benefits from it.
The American People will also not be told that this legislation will have absolutely no effect on global warming other than to line the pockets of those who are positioning themselves to profit from the proposed regulations. We know that any warming that may be occurring happens well before any rise in CO2 emissions, so CO2 emissions simply cannot be the cause of global warming, but rather an effect. There is no amount of reduction in CO2 emissions possible that will change our global temperature, even completely removing man made emissions.
What Can I Do?You can stop this legislation but you have to act. Review the research for yourself and stop relying on what you are hand fed by Gore’s misinformation machine. You can view the research that American scientists have already compiled with this
12-page review article about the human-caused global warming hypothesis. Or, if you are so inclined, you can do your own research - but you better hurry as the legislation has already passed the House and is now in the Senate.

You can also tell them that voting for any legislation that they have not read is the same as signing a contract on your behalf without reading it first, and that too will cause them to lose your vote.
