It all depends on how you look at it. Did Obama waste his Hail Marry on we need this Bill so rush and pass this stimulus without reading it, or should he have waited and used it for the health care bill.
My guess is that the Liberals were too greedy and preferred the pork in their communities for their friends rather than try to pass a health care plan.
I am actually glad the waste was on the stimulus bill, the money at least will not cause the untimely death of the American Health Care System and the people by imposing community organised Death panels. No I did not make a mistake the bill provides funds for COMUNITEE ORGANIZATIONS who will determine who gets educated as well as treatment.

• Sec. 399V (p. 1422). This is for the Social Activists who got Obama elected. It provides for grants to community "entities" with no required qualifications other than having "documented community activity and experience with community health care workers" to "educate, guide, and provide experiential learning opportunities" "Each community health worker program receiving funds under the grant will provide services in the cultural context most appropriate for the individual served by the program."
• Secs. 1158-1160 (pp. 499-520) starts the Death Panels, their programs will reduce payments for patient care to match the lowest cost in the country.
In plain language it will reduce payments for your health care. Are you used to treatment that can save your life? Better get a funeral plan in your portfolio.
Okay it is not Death Panels, lets call them Life Panels, the Gestapo will not decide who will die they would decide who will live…………
My fear is this regime would make positive that illegal aliens, welfare recipients along with union and important Liberal backers would get preferential treatment.
Just as the Nazi party tried to wipe out the educated class in Europe.
