Janet Napolitano has it all under control. Americans will only punish people convicted of a crime.
To be proactive of a Man caused disaster would be unjust we have to wait for a crime before we can punish a criminal.
We must only punish criminals, like all the criminals who violated the civil rights of these alleged radicals of Islamic decent.
We will show the entire Islamic world that America is a land of laws. We will live and now more than ever DIE by the law.
We will find a way to prosecute the Bush advisers as well as the CIA interrogators who gathered the intelligence needed to thwart future attacks on the American people.
Let us not forget the three Navy Seals who had the audacity to allegedly punch the poor innocent until proven guilty radical who was responsible for the murder and disfigurement of four American contractors.
They too must be punished.
With Obama regime policies like these, one could only wonder what punishment a CIA or any government operative would receive if he or she was to pass on the name of a suspected instigator of a man caused disaster.
After all that would be intrusive to the civil rights of people who's only wish is to kill Americans.
Even people who wish us harm us have rights that must be respected.
This regime will not tolerate the uppity irate American attitude that we have the right to protect ourselves.
