The people voted for change not to give up their say!
The CHANGE the people HOPED for was the confirmation of equal rights. At long last America has broken through all social barriers and became a government open to all the people. We hoped finally for an open government made available to the people so they may see and hear the legislators and the decisions they are making for us or, to our freedoms.
Repeatedly throughout your campaign you, president Obama stated your policy would be to open legislation, all to be broadcast on c-span.
That was the CHANGE the people voted for, yet you legislate behind closed doors.
You also said you would bring both parties together so they could be heard you said; broadcast on c-span. Never happened.
You promised, bring me a plan and it would be on c-span. Never happened.
You promised not to do what the Clinton’s did in 1993, hold the discussions behind closed doors, they, would be broadcast on c-span. Say what? Oh yea never happened.
You promised, the drug companies would have a seat but not total say and it would be broadcast on c-span. It never happened.
You promised, the insurance companies would have a place at negotiations but not control and it would be on c-span. This also never happened.
