2. Do you believe that healthcare is a right, or that health insurance is a right? - Brian, Student
3. Thompson Reuters had performed a study in which they concluded that 40% of healthcare waste was from unnecessary care. Unnecessary care is primarily a result of a fear of being sued, aka malpractice. What is being done to address malpractice? - JatPat, Chicago, IL

My thoughts on what was said;
1. So it comes down to money, Will we give up our FREEDOM of choice and be forced to buy expensive health care so the entitlement specialists get their fair share?
2. It is not a right it is a privilege for those who work for it. Charity not legislation is for those who will not. Those who can not work have been taken care of via Medicare and Medicaid.
3. Wow did she say litigators are not the problem? They just earn a living feeding off the unfortunate, it is the doctors who promise no harm to others who steal and are corrupted.
4. In Teddy Roosevelt’s time, another Progressive, only businesses had the money that a controlling government needed, so he used the Democratic plantation to back his control of business.
5. Using slight of hand we will take away just a little bit of your freedom and create government jobs in unnecessary bureaucracies to increase the size of the Democratic plantation. The bigger the farm the more votes to harvest.
NOW TO HEAR FROM THE REPUBLICAN SIDE; CONGRESSMAN JOHN BOEHNER
My thoughts on what was said;
1. Simple just takes away your freedom of choice and forces you to buy a product that the government controls is grossly UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
2. Freedom is far more important than being forced to buy a government controlled product and have it disguised as a right.
3. Only doctors and you should control your health care and it should be preventative medicine not defensive medicine.
4. Be an informed consumer do your research and be capable of buying insurance across state line increasing the selection and providers, this will bring down the cost. Remember the law of supply and demand.
5. Provide clear legible language open to all for examination, in this world of instant access through computers there is no excuse not to. Unless of course you are preparing the land for a new Democratic Plantation.
FINALLY SENATE LEADER HARRY REID
My thoughts on what was said;
1. When people are mandated to buy coverage that is government controlled in the presumption that it is better coverage it will increase the cost to those who work for it so people who will not work for the privilege of buying health insurance will get the same for free.
2. People in America, all people, indigent disabled or even illegal has the right to go to a hospital and be treated for a hurt or disease. It is a PRIVILEGE of how it is paid for by a person who works. It is not a right for those who will not work or buy insurance. Yes we need to bring down cost but that can be done by simple free market means. Again those who can not are already provided for.
3. Question! If states should control their laws why force them to make laws on health care?
4. Under the currant health care proposed you can buy coverage across state lines that are only in the government controlled collectives.
5. It is important to block all loop wholes so that an unbreakable hold is placed on our freedoms lost so we may not get them back....
