COMPROMISED
That should be the rule in Washington; “not to compromise on every bill”.
That’s the word I am looking at; COMPROMISED.
Back room deals a project here a road over there. I especially like the one where we (the USA) are giving tax breaks and funding to an electric wind generator manufacturing co. you know a Green environmentalist kind of company. One who with little doubt must have helped in some way the present regime prior to the 2008 election?
Well to the point, the company is some ware in Europe…… Where are the American jobs?
But congress had to vote to provide the funding and they did.
That money was placed in the bill.
They compromised.
To get the Health Care bill to pass the Senate They compromised in Florida, with the good old boy Bill Nelson he voted yea for the condition a few of his favorite counties, sheep in the pasture of the Democrats vote plantation, would be exempts to the decrease in funding to Medicare.
I wonder if Bill Nelson the same Bill Nelson who was so proud of the jobs he helped maintain in the space industry.
That’s right the same space programs about to be cut by Bill’s illustrious leader.
These were the base people he ran to for support.
Bill you let the space coast down twice?
The first time was when you left them to the restrictions of the Health Care bill when you could have protected them, you just had to vote NO, but you voted yea.
Now will you sit idly by as your state will loose thousands of jobs in the space industry, do you dare not vote against your leader now and demand funding for the space program?
Do you call it compromise?
As of late the Health Care bill, dressed to look like it has compromised with the Republican ideas when in fact it has not, take the idea adopted for malpractice reform is just the funding of research for that idea for individual states. Not actual laws that actually do something. Yet we have a lot of new laws for spending. Let’s pass the bucks around. I wonder haw many states will side for a bundle of that funding.
Will they compromise? Victor
