All the Progressive’s are up in arms about the new Arizona immigration law.
I wonder if any of the Progressive’s have read it.
We can only surmise that President Obama did not.
If he did he would have known that the Florida seat belt laws are more stringent.
Compare the new Arizona immigration law to the old Florida Seat Belt law.
Then you could NOT get pulled over just for not wearing a seat belt.
(The new Fl. Law you COULD be pulled over just for not wearing your seat belt to be ticketed).
Now don’t even say it, if an ILLEGAL alien is pulled over for not wearing a seat belt it is because he or she was pulled over just to check on their status. Wrong, he or she should not be driving in the first place unless he or she had a driver’s license. Otherwise driving would be ILLEGAL.
Would he or she not need papers to prove who he or she is to get a drivers license?
See no worries unless you listen to Obama’s fear tactics.
An ILLEGAL alien can not be asked for identification as long as he or she is not doing any thing ILLEGAL.
Just as the old Fl. Seat belt law went, only if you were doing something say ILLEGAL, then an officer had the right to pull you over, and only then could he issue a ticket for not wearing a seat belt. As in this new Arizona law allows verification only after a person is suspect of a crime.
In any case an officer has to ask for ID to confirm who you are if you broke a law.
Okay, so, as the new Arizona law is written only after an officer has detained a person he may arrest for doing something ILLEGAL can he even ask for verification!
At this point he Federal law is stricter, President Obama knows this or he should.
However the president and the Congress never read the bill’s, so I guess one never knows?
Instead president Obama wants to create hysteria.

If you are an illegal alien and you are not breaking any law, what have you got to fear?
Did not President Obama quote President Roosevelt; “We have nothing to fear but fear itself”.
Yet it seams while targeting minorities, at every turn President Obama spreads paranoia and fear through his speeches.
Why is President Obama combining the race and fear factor in his rants anyway?
Why do you try to whip the Latino and other minorities into lather? Are you trying to incite a riot? Victor.
